Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Skin Cycle App (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Elif Gul (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider," "Developer," or "we/us"). Elif Gul is an independent (indie) developer and does not represent or operate any incorporated entity.
By downloading or using the Application, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Application, nor attempt to extract its source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time for any reason. If charges apply, the Service Provider will clearly communicate these to you in advance.
Subscription and Refund Policy
The Application may offer subscriptions that are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. If you wish to request a refund for a subscription, please contact Apple Support directly, as Apple handles all refunds and subscription cancellations according to its own policies. The Service Provider does not have the capability to process refunds for purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide, in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to secure your phone and your access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as such actions may remove official operating system restrictions, expose your device to malware or viruses, compromise security features, and may result in the Application malfunctioning or not functioning at all.
Please note that the Application utilizes certain third-party services which have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of these third-party service providers that may be used by the Application:
The Service Provider cannot take responsibility for aspects of the Application that require an active internet connection, whether via Wi-Fi or a mobile network. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if the Application does not function at full capacity without Wi-Fi or if you have used up your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, you are subject to your mobile network provider's terms, including any data or roaming charges. You accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you are assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the Application and incurring such costs.
The Service Provider cannot always be held responsible for your usage of the Application. For example, if your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held liable.
While the Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate, it relies on third parties to provide certain information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that results from reliance on the Application’s functionality or provided content.
The Service Provider may release updates to the Application at any time. The Application is currently available to meet operating system requirements, which may change. You agree to download and install any updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing relevance or compatibility for your specific operating system version. The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms end; and (b) you must stop using the Application and remove it from your device if necessary.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. Any updates will be posted here, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of these changes.
